Mindfulness for Resilience, Focus & Flow

mPEAK Coaching offers a variety of in-person and online courses, personal coaching and professional training in the application of mindfulness for stress resilience and performance optimization. We believe there is a more sustainable and balanced path to excellence that involves a deep attunement to the present moment, self-compassion and intuitive action.


1-1 mPEAK Coaching

mPEAK Coaching will introduce you to all the formal mindfulness practices offered in the mPEAK course as well as the specific tools and exercises that are most relevant to your personal performance goals. In our 45-minute weekly private phone sessions we’ll continue to build on what’s already working well in your life/ work/ sport as well as explore any obstacles that might be holding you back from performing at your peak. Each week you’ll be coached around deepening your mindfulness practices and integrating the insights you gain from those practices into new perspectives, behaviors and actions.


mPEAK Coach Certification Pathway

The mPEAK Coach Certification pathway is for existing or aspiring mindfulness teachers who are interested in expanding the scope of their offerings to athletes, executives, leaders, musicians, dancers, law enforcement, first responders and anyone who sets big goals and pushes themselves towards excellence.

Participants will use this immersive experience to explore the themes, rationales, intentions, and coaching skills that form the foundations of the mPEAK program. Additionally, participants will reflect on their ability to present these foundational elements with integrity, and the core competencies for becoming an effective and skillful mPEAK coach.


The mPEAK Course

mPEAK (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge) is an intensive course in mindfulness training for athletes, professionals, first-responder and anyone seeking to achieve their goals, as well as attain new levels of performance and well-being. The foundation of this program is based on the highly respected and empirically-supported Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Additionally, mPEAK incorporates elements of sports psychology, positive psychology and specific exercises formulated to correspond to recent neuroscientific findings and related research regarding optimal performance.
